Sioux Livestock Part 168229

Utilized in Sioux Steel Upright Mineral Feeders, this kit includes a cloth oil mop, plastic oil reserve container, metal bar and hardware to place kit in the hood of the feeder.

Individual replacement cloth oil mops and/or replacement poly tip tanks can be purchased separately if the whole kit is not needed.

can i purchase the base of the feeder? mine rusted out.

How does the oil mop tank release the oil into the mop?

Thank you for reaching out! The Tip Tank has three small holes drilled in one of the sides about ¼ of the way from the top. When the cattle insert their head inside the feeder they will tip the tank/mop with their head and the insecticide will pour out of the holes and into the mop.
