QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Ask a Question
  • How do I get the old rubber connectors off the flex pin and the new one on?

Thank you for reaching out! First thing we like to verify is if the flex connector has the pin. The pin will need to be installed in the connector.

On the panel there is a hole that the pin goes into. Once installed in the hole there is another hole on the flex connector (left side) that needs to be installed over the pin. This prevents the pin and connector from coming out of the hole on the panel.

After that they take the other panel and place on the right side of the connector. Wrap the connector around and attach to the J hook of the connector pin. You then cap the connector off on the round end of the pin.

  • I have found these i possible to get on, any tips you can offer?

First thing we should ask if the flex connector has the pin. The pin will need to be installed in the connector.

  • Can I get a better price if I replace all of the flex connectors and buy a larger quantity rather than just a few here and there?

Thank you for reaching out! At this time we do not offer a bulk discount on orders. You would, however, save on shipping by buying multiple at a time rather than over the course of a year.

  • How many will I need in order to replace all of them on my 60-ft round pen?

Thank you for reaching out! You would need a total of 32 flex connectors if you were replacing them all on a 60 foot round pen.

  • My old rubber connections have cracked and came apart. So I have ordered new Rubber connectors, how do you get the pin into the new rubber connector?

Thank you for reaching out! First thing we like to verify is if you have an existinh pin from your previous setup that will go into flex connector. The pin will need to be installed in the connector. (like the image shows in that link)
